Description
With nearly a century of expertise in selecting the finest grapes for raisining, we have discovered that one of our plots, Beso, imparts extraordinary qualities distinct from our other vineyards. Named after the family who previously owned it, Beso is now affectionately regarded by us as a “kiss” from above, enhancing the grapes it produces. Unlike the calcareous soil found elsewhere on our estate, Beso features loamy and clayey soil. The vines here are less vigorous, yielding sparse grape bunches that are the first to ripen. This unique terroir results in a fascinating dry raisin wine, which we are committed to showcasing by highlighting its most natural characteristics.
