Sburoun Bianco is an elegant Bianco Rubicone IGT from the picturesque hills around Forlì-Cesena in Emilia-Romagna. This white wine is crafted from a blend of Trebbiano, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, carefully vinified using modern techniques. The process includes cold maceration, soft pressing, and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C in stainless steel tanks, followed by three months of bottle aging. Pale yellow in colour, it offers a delicately aromatic bouquet with notes of sage, white flowers, and pineapple. On the palate, it combines structure with refreshing acidity, delivering a complex and balanced wine perfect for any occasion.
