Indulge in the rich complexity of our red ruby wine, a true testament to fine winemaking. This wine captivates with its floral notes of rose, complemented by the vibrant fruitiness of raspberry and blueberry, and a hint of herbs. On the palate, it presents a dry, elegant suite of tannins that is both sapid and harmonious. The vinification process involves on-the-skins maceration lasting about ten days in open vats without temperature control, followed by ageing in barriques for six months and an additional six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Cultivated using the Guyot training system, this wine boasts an alcohol content of 13.5% and is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 16-18°C. It pairs beautifully with pork fillet in wine sauce, offering a sophisticated dining experience.
