Description
Experience the distinctive character of our Friulano, an autochthonous variety that has been cultivated in the region for centuries and is now gaining well-deserved recognition. This straw-yellow wine, with golden highlights, offers a captivating bouquet of white flowers, green apple, and almond. On the palate, it is dry and fresh, with a sapid and harmonious finish. The wine is crafted using traditional off-the-skins vinification in stainless steel tanks, where it ages on the yeasts until bottling. Grown at an altitude of 170 metres, the Friulano vineyards boast an average age of thirty-five years and are managed using the double arched cane training system. With an alcohol content of 13% and best served at 12-13°C, this wine pairs exquisitely with San Daniele ham, offering a delightful culinary pairing.
