Experience the elegance of our Pinot Grigio, hailing from the picturesque vineyards of Oslavia, situated at an average altitude of 170 metres. This straw-yellow wine, with quick coppery highlights, offers a complex and delicate aroma of jasmine, acacia, pear, and subtle citrus. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and sapid, with a persistent and well-balanced profile that echoes its fragrant bouquet. Crafted using traditional off-the-skins vinification in stainless steel tanks, this wine undergoes ageing on the yeasts until bottling. The vineyards, with an average age of twenty-five years, are cultivated using the Guyot and double arched cane training systems. With an alcohol content of 13% and best served at 12-13°C, this Pinot Grigio pairs beautifully with grilled mackerel, making it a delightful addition to any meal.
